Why don't the best tgirls in the industry form their own "Vivid" type company?

Actually it's not growing faster any longer, if anything it's became as over-saturated for the size of the potential revenue as the rest of the industry which is why you've seen a lot of companies go out of business. Vivid's business model still continues now and gives some top mainstream models contracts when they know their name and brand will be beneficial to all (although more likely the studio).

The TS adult business cannot sustain a "contract" model system. There simply isn't enough revenue from one individual model to make it practical which is why most models with solo sites or who work heavily with one company, also work with others. If a model was on an exclusitivity contract with a specific company then this is solely in that companies favour to the financial detriment (as well we holding back any career advancement) of the model and I think it's a little bit insidious should a company use a models naivety or eagerness to be part of an industry in this way.
Practically every model I've heard of has been aware enough to turn down such a poor arrangement when presented with them in the past.

This industry doesn't need a company like Vivid. It needs more companies, perhaps like Bella's, offering a wider scope of work to US models which cater towards more palates and from which models can pick and choose, the companies and the sorts of work they wish to do.

He also made particular mention of 'Vivid quality' girls, so I pointed that out there is already a company that collects top tier pornstars, and also that I'm starting a company that will be owned/operated by tgirls.
