What is the policy for posting images and/or videos?

I noticed that there are images from a multitude of sites posted here, and I was concerned if there might be copyright infringement issues? Is there a limit to what gets posted, and how about video images; I haven't seen any posted on the site? I understand that your server(s) have size limitations, please advise?

I have the same questions, as I could post pictures from my downloads, and notice that, so far, that people's requests for pictures do not seem to be answered - perhaps they are deleted by the moderator. I would assume that the moderator will read this message, so what is the site policy, as I would not like to break any copyright laws.

Most people's requests for photos are answered but in the General Discussion forum.

Most webmasters have been very understanding about the images posted here, as long as the logo is still attached and whole photosets are not uploaded.
