A few years ago I was interviewing a guy across a small table in a small room. After I while I realised that his contortions were aimed at reading the notes I was adding to my pad, so I wrote "HE'S A NOSY BASTARD!" across the page in large caps, at which he sat back, face pale, and we got on with the interview, although I didn't give him much longer after that.

No, he didn't get the job.

Now you realize that saying too many people are checking out your profile makes those of us who haven't checked it out wonder if there is something interesting there that we should check.

Mike - they are obviously so intrigued by the wit and wisdom of your posts that they gotta take a look to see what the guy behind the facade is like. Comes with being a scouser. I've checked out a few profiles by accident when I'm on my phone and click a thread.

Maybe that accounts for some of them?

There be tons of non posters online. You ever see the main page(I think thats were its at) that shows how many people are online? Yet it's always the same few people who be posting or commenting on threads
