Baltimore city is a terrible place to raise kids. The schools are shit, the local government is shit and there is violence just about everywhere you look. The worst part is Bmore county used to be ok when I was younger and over time the shit from Bmore city just spilled over and messed up that place too. No amount of cop or guns will fix that place. On the other hand you can get some great drugs there and the Harbor (in warm months) is full of beautiful women.

Yeah little Italy isn't bad and Federal Hill is OK too. There are also a couple of great head shops up there in Fells Point.
