When did this website become Stormfront or WSHH?

When I first heard of this website I initially begin lurking because I am an admirer of the women of this website. After what I've seen in the last week is disturbing as I see blatant racist remarks by members (TS's and men) whether they are black or white.

I hope the moderators began to evaluate the direction this site is headed and make a command decision before this becomes similar to World Star Hip Hop or Stormfront. Sad to see a website with good entertainment value take a bad turn.

The OP is right, I don't care how shitty people have been to each other in the past.
The mods are the ones most responsible IMO because they have created an atmosphere that tolerates and condones bigoted and hostile comments directed at posters by other members.

That anything goes mentality is destroying this site.
HA has a monopoly, but it's not an unassailable fortress.

Someone if they were really motivated could take this concept and do it bigger and better.

All I'm asking is that the mods check people when they step out of line, regardless of who started what first.

Harassing of other members should not be tolerated, and the sexual and racial bigotry should be totally out-of-bounds. Always.

This is what people mean when they say HA is 'ghetto'. Say what you want, when you want, to whomever you want, how you want to.

The 'H' in HA shouldn't stand for 'HOOD.

Being overtly racist, 'hey you dumb fuccing n@@@a, no one gives a fuck what you think~!!', in every case is grounds for a permanent ban.

And the personal attacks that are allowed against members that aren't topic or discussion related is way across the line.

This is THE worst modded board on the web, and I stand by that.

I'm not volunteering, but Seanchi needs at least 10 mods on this board, and some of them should be some of the girls.

Give people warnings until you get things sorted out, but until then logging on to HA feels like I've stumbled into a tgirl bar on Thursday free drink night.

There is a point in maturity where one starts to understand that racism is simply a reflection of the person making the stupid comments. There will always be stupid people. I think that the threat of violence, crosses a line, that could lead to the real thing. But I have also felt that the board should have suspension policy, where a person could come back after a specified period. But I do realize that's a lot of extra work.

Has it occured to you that if - as you assert - Aborigines beg or are inclined to violent street crime - there may be historical reasons for this and civil rights issues which need to be addressed?
