They totally knew when she was cast - that was part of the joke. I believe Robert Palmer had met he at social functions. She was quite a successful model in the early 80's and her status was well known. The Bond film was 81 and News of the World broke the story. She was initially suicidal over the leak but then embraced it as a way of making it.

Um...who, me? How do I find what...music videos? Pretty much any song you can think of, someone has posted a video for it on YouTube, whether it be the official music video that the artist made, or something that the person posting it made themselves. You just do a search. Is that what you meant?
