Not that I would know from personal experience but Woodies is known as a gay bar. I'm not aware that there's ever been a TS scene there.

This is real late but for future reference there is no true scene in Philly the street girls suck they are all rip offs, Shampoo on Friday nights you can meet some TG's your best bet is EROS and see who's visiting. NEVER EVER go to a local TG unless you check reviews. If you dont check reviews you could be in for bait and switch, Attitude problems, poor service. Just make sure you check reviews and never go to a private home or apartment outside of Center City(downtown)
