It's stunning how dramatic the effect HRT has on some girls, almost looks like their bone structure is altered.

I don't know if you've had any facial reconstruction Giana, but in that vid it looks like even your jawline has softened.

I haven't had any plastic surgery on my face or body. I do plan on having 3 procedures in the future but I'm waiting for my two year anniversary :)

Yeah some do. The common huge swollen upper lip, the implanted cheek bones, eyes that stuck open and cant close. Tgirls... just say no to facial surgery unless its like a simple nose job or slight eye lift

Ma ur fine w/o ANY surgeries. If u do it PLEASE don't go crazy with it. I've seen too many gorgeous girls become addicted to it & before u know it, they look plastic. U have plenty of natural beauty so just accent those looks, don't change em please.

Its the age thing... most girls go crazy when they hit 30, and feel they are left behind by new hotties
