I've been doing webcam modeling for a few months now. I'm really enjoying it, but I want to go a little further. That's where things get difficult for me. I have a few contacts in the shemale porn world, but most of them haven't really responded to me; I feel like I'm either being blown off or they're just trying to find a nice way of telling me I'm too ugly, manly and/or fat to do porn. :(
I don't live in SoCal, so it's not as easy to get to a shoot. I don't know how to find someone locally who can do a photo shoot and at this point, the best camera I have is my webcam and I still can't seem to get good photos with that (not to mention my apartment is hardly a the best setting out there).
I've had people come into free chat while I'm on cam and offer me porn, but it always involves a trip to Asia or Africa or Europe. I wouldn't mind traveling so much as long as I knew the offer was legit, but I've heard too many horror stories about girls taking up offers like that and it really hurts them in the end.
I also worry, how much personal information should I give out while I'm on camera? People ask where I live and, honestly, I don't know how comfortable I am letting that get out there, especially in free chat. Is it better if I give them real answers when they ask questions, even if I know they won't like the answer or should I just act the part that I think they want me to be?
Anyway, like I said, I want to move on with this career. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and, thanks.
