My first time wasn't painful, because I started out with a finger finger, but plugs then the actual cock, and it only took a week. So go in stages not the first blow. then it will be painful as fuck. I've used this method for years...a bit of work but works great and is fun.

Install a handheld showerhead in your shower, take the head off of it leaving only the hose part, turn on the water (warm, not hot), and let the stream of water (it should be a firm stream) enter your 'you know where'.
