When I grew up we still allowed corporal punishment in school and I keenly remember receiving 3 swats for bringing a water pistol to school.:( I think if they'd caught any of us kids with a firearm, we probably still wouldn't be able to sit down,some 40 odd years later. i agree he shouldn't have killed the kid, but it was wrong for him to taunt the other dude like that. But on a related topic, even some trannies are like that, they think they can get any dude not realizing every dude isn't or will be into trannies. There are consequences to this type of behavior.

As I was reading it was thinking, if this assholewas hit on by some big hairy fat-chick, would he be able to justify killing her somehow? the author brough that sae question up a little later on. insane to think that anyone would even CONSIDEr taking this kids defense and attempt in any way to pass the blame to the victim. THAT right there is the true criminal outcome of this whole thing--the asshole who commits the crime, and then the bigger asshole who sells his soul for a dollar. Fucking lawyers. if this kind of defense were not tolerated, most of this shit wouldn't get this far. If I were a judge I'd lock up every defense attorney who paraded this bullshit in front of my bench. Makes me sick.

Meh...Shit like this happens all the time, fucked up women put their kids in microwaves, men kill each other over pennies, handicap and the elderly are regulary beatin or killed in home invasions when they pose no threats. Children are murdered and raped at an astounding rate. People are ridiculed and tortured because of their religon,race,sexuality,income, place they live or the fucking parking spot they have. This shit and worse is happening even as I type this. So I say MEH.

Well, the good news in all of this is that the jury hasn't voted yet. Defense lawyers are paid to try any crazy thing that they think will work. Hopefully they overestimated the bigotry of the populace.
