Yeah that makes sense. Although that doctor scenario sounds like a bit of a nightmare, when it is the job of a porn star to turn people on and be sexy it's not quite as bad for a porn camera guy to be horny (otherwise the star might not be doing her job right). It's unprofessional to act on it (unless you're doing gonzo shoot and it has been pre-arranged with the model). Getting a hard on may be unavoidable. However, when I'm shooting a scene, I'm far too focused on the shoot to get overly aroused; it's a job that requires all your attention if you intend to do it well.
