This is a live three-minute report on the Australian version of the "Today" morning show of a possible shark swimming around in a city lake in Australia. First, the interview is off to a very awkward start as if the on-scene reporter forgot to have some coffee, then when the reporter casts his fishing line in the lake hoping to catch a shark, he neither gets a shark, nor even a fish but instead hooks up with something that doesn't even swim under water, making the live report even more awkward.
