He's under no obligation to change his avatar for you. I have myself had problems with other people's avatars in the past, but I take care of the problem myself.

First, you must have adblock plus installed. I literally don't understand how people browse the web without adblock plus. It blocks most ads on the web but also allows you to custom block certain images.

Just right-click on the offending image, and select "Adblock Plus: Block image"

And there you go, you don't need to look at his yummy yummy cock any more.
