I only got "involved" because when you put Jen's pic up I ws excited,as I stated in my 1st post, but I thought it was unusual since she has frowned on that type of work from here previous posts over the past. I emailed her about it and she asked me to post her response. So calm down. You are the one who put up her pic before you had any ink on paper, apparently. I dont know tsntx more than I know you guys..just here on the HA boards. But I think this sort of misunderstanding between friends should have been kept "personal and private". Okay, I'm not any kind of insider on this matter, and I don't pretend to know what the actual score here is, but since this is being aired in public I thought I'd just add an observation.

It seems to me that the practical lesson of this story is to not announce models until one has actually shot them and has the pictures and/or videos in hand. In this manner, it shouldn't matter what the model later says, since one already has done the shoot and has the model's release.

Granted, there is certainly a moral situation involved in this matter regarding who is wrong or who is right in their actions, and who let whom down, or who lied to whom. But I offer the above observation simply on practical grounds, regardless of who is wrong or right in this matter.

Wow this thread is a mess. I always seem to miss the good ones until the very end. This is a perfect example of why people should not try to have other TS as friends. Seriously, even the best of friendships end like this all the time in TS land. TS girls can be inherently evil when their friendships break up.

Of the other stuff that was posted:

- It's impossible to say who is right or wrong here. Nobody here who has commented was present for the conversations. Obviously people are going to side with who they like better.
- Jen has good grades and a loving family - congrats
- Holly and beau are putting together a good web site and regardless of the misunderstanding seem to be working hard on it. Anyone in a business situation is going to vigorously defend their reputation.
- Actually, even if you don't like Steven... which Jen and I clearly don't, you have to at least give him props for the quality of his sites. However, it would be really questionable business to take vendettas out against past models and resell their images just because of personal issues.

Seriously, integrity to some is one of the most important qualities. By integrity, I mean doing something you say you are going to do. Somehow there was a miscommunication which took place which is always unfortunate. One party thought one thing was understood and the other another. It's a age old story. Misunderstandings are why we have a civil judicial system at all.

first off let me state that I am a friend of Jenn's and I think she is great. I dont know Holly or Damion.. etc.

But as a person who started their own company and subsequently sold it off, I can offer a bit of wisdom.

First off, any conversations between people are just that, conversations. a conversation is in no way an agreement between two parties.

the crew from Transxtc jumped the gun. They were excited that Jenn was going to do a shoot for them, however there was No agreement in place. (see Jeremy Burnitz who agreed to sign with the Mets verbally, and instead SIGNED with the Pirates). The person that speaks prior to the agreement is the one that is in the wrong, and is always the one that looks foolish. Bottom line is that the Transxtc got caught leaking out information before they it was done.

Now once the it was out and there was a contradiction.. Instead of handling things privately. THEY made it public. (again another mistake). This was a no win situation for transxtc as they were wrong from the get go. So they took it to a public forum.. made attacks.. called names.. and it got ugly. I see that Jenn was defending herself, and she has EVERY right to reconsider.

bottom line. Dont count your Chickens before they are hatched!! Personally I think Holly and Damion owe Jenn an apology for taking it to such a horrible level.

Damion.. everyone would have had alot more respect had you, when you learned that she was reconsidering, simply said. My Bad.. I jumped the gun..... It would have been great to have this gorgeous girl on the site" That way you look respectable... you pay a complement. (showing no hard feelings) and you garner interest in your site.

and if you look on the bottom of each msg windo theres about 5 websites w/ advertising and quite a few vids r pushed in the top 2 corners... MOST ppl on this forum are either trying to sell or looking to buy something... if you can get away w/ free advertising then y not... its free and easy to do just my 2 cents nothings changed
