Description: This week, we discuss whether or not surgery of any kind is required to be considered transsexual. A Transsexual is someone who lives their life everyday as the opposite sex because that is how they naturally identify themselves. Some believe that living in a state of transition requires some type of hormonal therapy or physical enhancements with surgery. Others believe that the mental identification and everyday practice of dressing as a woman is enough to be considered transsexual.. What do you believe? These opposing beliefs have divided the community into girls who believe that they are better because they are all natural, and girls who believe they are better because of surgery or enhancements..
