In addition to logging out, you need to acquire about two ounces of C4, a blasting cap and a timer. Place in or, next to your computer, set the timer and clear the area. It will all be over in a couple minutes.

Go into your User CP (top left corner).
Delete your avatar, email, signature and any personal information.
Save and go away.

You can't delete it or any posts you have made!

Unless you can get admin to do it, I think they are there forever

But you can edit all content out of your posts.The content would be gone unless it has been quoted by another poster.(like I did here)
