Andrea James is good (I have the video, cd and book) but if you really want to make progress quickly find a good TS-friendly/experienced speech therapist in your area and use them in conjunction with whatever online resources you've bought or are reading/watching.

It's a lot of hard work and constant practice. And lol kicking yourself in the balls is only going to make you sound like Mickey Mouse and who wants that!?!
