Anyone watch Spartacus?

In the episode where he is sent to fight in the pit, there is a one armed lady who clearly has a penis when she turns towards the camera.

I'm 99% sure it is a CGI cock, but thought I'd check if she's actually real...

What's the verdict on this show? Is it good, campy, or what? I loved the HBO series Rome, does it compare to that?

It is nowhere near the standard of Rome!

But is is quite watchable.
