Bob Rivers wrote it (or, at least, ran the studio that recorded it for his show "Twisted Radio" when it was on KISW here in the Great Northwestern corner of the lower 48 states...)

It's featured on "Twisted Christmas", which is an album, and you can find it and other "Twisted Tunes" on his show website (which, sadly, I don't have handy at the moment, damn obselete browsers...)

IIRC, the show went National a couple years ago, but we get it at the wrong time of the day on KZOK 102.5 (wrong time meaning that I'm sleeping, dammit...)
