Once upon a time, black people’s fat lips remained at the center of racist ridicule. Now, many whites are the first in line to buy fat lips. The problem is that’s not something most whites were born with. That’s why former “Melrose Place” cast member, Lisa Rinna, had no choice but to remove the 24-year-old silicone implants from her lips — placed there back in 1986.
Here’s what Rinna’s plastic surgeon had to say of the actress’ recovery:

When I was a kid, I remember hearing people like Bob Hope joke about black people and their lips. Now white chic’s are paying $1,500 for lip augmentation — and the procedure only lasts up to six-months.
Personally, I think white chics with fake lips look hilarious — take Lindsay Lohan, for example. Lilo looked better with her natural lips, but I can’t tell this fake generation that. Just recently, I saw a girl I know who had the lip procedure done and I told her I could have saved her $1,500 if she let me to punch he in her mouth. Know why? Because her fake lips made it look as if like she had just finished sparring in a boxing match mane.

I don't think that has anything to do with wanting "black lips". Bigger lips on women has always been desired by many. Ancient Roman women would have bee stings applied to their lips to get a bigger look. One could also make the case that that was one of the original reasons for the creation of lipstick, to make the lips appear fuller.

I don't think that caucasian women are trying to achieve "black lips" either. It's only natural for a woman to want fuller lips, accented eyes, and fuller breasts. In a primal sense, full, red lips and full breasts, and wide hips convey health and fertility. At a conscious level, they increase attactiveness to males much.

Yeah, but how much of that seems natural? There's a cut-off point where it's not about attracting a mate; it's about an obsession for physical perfection. I'm all about "to each their own" and if a chick wants to bloat her lips to the point that it looks like two blimps fighting for the same air space, good for her, but I'm not interested.

There's a point where it all gets ridiculously "clown shoes". Tits so big they cause back issues, so many extensions and weaves you can't see natural hair anymore, over-plucked or drawn-on eyebrows, botox, tanning addictions, hip and butt implants... if done subtly, any of that can look bomb as hell, but pushed to its extreme, it just looks fake.

I'd rather get with a natural "six" then end up with a "six" that turned herself into a "nine". That might sound funny within the TS community where transitioning is the norm, but there's a difference between feminizing male features and completely overhauling everything. I dunno... it's a case-by-case basis. Some chicks need to try harder, and some take it too far. 'Course, you can't exactly tell them that. So long as they're happy with the way they look and they can still get laid, that's all that really matters.
