Ok Lib ( or anyone who knows for that matter) ...for the edification of someone not in the business..........is this Alexa Company similar to a TV Neilson Ratings deal where higher the rating share( or in your case "traffic" ) therefore attracts more advertisers? And does it matter if let's say 100,000 people hit your site and only 5 join? Are "hits" in and of themselves beneficial...or are they like the people at the Macy's windows at the holidays ....look but never enter the store?

It's sales that matter. If a million people show up and a million people go, "meh" then a million visits is actually something to be ashamed.

In the last 5 months I have had 895, 399 Unique visitors. Those figs are taken directly from my server stats: http://kimsanalheaven.com/stats/awstats.html

Of course tho, its sales that matter, but the stats/rank sites let me know if posts on forums like this are worth the effort.

As it seems that there are only a handful of regular readers of this forum. I'm just thankful that I have team of over 1000 affiliates working on my behalf.

Just setting up Google analytics now to see how my site fairs on there.
