I think they look that way just because the way she is sitting with her shoulders back is pulling the skin back since she is so skinny. It makes it look like her nipple are pointing to the side.

It depends on the girl's own colouring. Sarina Valentina just wouldn't suit a tan, and Elisa Luchese would just look wrong without her coffee skin.

Can't say the pale lady of choice on this thread does anything for me - but generally - yep I like pale skinned girls and those have natural colour but heavy tanning is stupid and reflects on the people who do it.

I like berry black and pasty white. Both rare extremes are very erotic to me.

Still there is a lot more to looks than color, a nice smooth complexion is very important regardless of shade. But a suntan just for the sake of it I can do without. Over time it ruins your skin.
