Neighbours on Broadway ave on Capitol Hill. Its the longest running and probably most famous Gay bar in Seattle, but nowadays it is completely mixed with gay and straight crowd and on most nights a few TS will wander in and out. Check online to see which Fridays will be having a TS show in the down-under part and even though the bars stop serving alcohol around 145am this is one of the 2 bars that will stay open even later (til 4?).

Yeah kind of ironic, Seattle has Queen Anne hill / neighborhood that is not gay, but Capitol hill that is well known for the gay bars. Bell town is also a very good place to bar hop. I am not too familiar with the places you mentioned, are they top of the hill or base of the hill near Seattle Center?
