And nothing happened did it? Christians don't rise up and behead people just because some dimwits disrespect their icons. They go about their business and could really give a flying fuck.

Burning a book damages these people? What kind of pussies are they? Get the fuck over it.

Ya know what's fascinating about this insanity ? I spend mulitple hours a day blogging, reading 4 or 5 newspapers, and countless political web sites and never read or heard a thing about this...yet some 16th century tribesman in remote provicences in Pakistan and Afghanistan seem to know every detail ! I say bring our boys home and let these savages behead each other until there just a handfull of them left.

You might want to ask how someone who claims to be a 'Christian' shows such intolerance for other people, a simple violation of the elementary tenets of the faith of which he also claims to be 'a pastor'. 'Love thy neighbour?'
He held a 'trial' in which a book was condemned and sentenced to be burned, a curious, even weird way of entering a debate with people whose God, the god of Abraham is also his own. This distortion of the Christian message sits alongside the Westboro Baptist church in its ability -its NEED- to provoke, in the absence of publicity derived from some act of charity or goodness...

Should this mean liberals put Ayn Rand's 'Atlas Shrugged' on trial for violating freedom rather than for being badly written?
It political, friends: there is a reverence for the Qu'ran in Muslim societies, thats why its so easy to provoke them and those elements in Afghanistan and Pakistan who are opposed to NATO, the Karzai government, and so on. Terry Jones is, in effect, an unofficial member of the Taliban, only he is also a coward who would never take his messages of hate or 'trials' to the Middle East, let alone to Afghanistan.

Faldur
04-03-2011, 04:27 PM
I don't need to ask someone who "claims" to be a Christian, I am a Christian. Christian = Christ follower. The people at Westboro Baptist Church are nuts, whack jobs, plain and simple. This Terry Jones fellow looks to be missing a few key pieces of the deck, although I don't know enough about him to call him a lunatic.

There is nothing about "being a Christian" and tolerating complete lunacy on any side or subject.

Politics, politics and politics: the fact that people who are Christian, Jewish or Muslim kill each other -for whatever reason- in violation of their own religious tenets does suggest that the actions are taking place for personal or political rather than religious reasons. Some Muslims deny that others are even Muslim -the conflict between Sunn'a and Shi'a for example, rather like some Protestants in Northern Ireland condeming Catholics for 'Pope worship' and so on. There are people in Afghanistan, Pakistan and also India whose political careers need the current violence to continue, if only because they are making so much money out of it. Pastor Jones is now saying he will demonstrate outside the largest Mosque in the USA, at Dearborn in Michigan, which suggests he is on a mission to provoke people for no other reason than his political views of the Qu'ran which he says incites violence. The incitement to violence in the Bible, I assume, is of no interest to him...

This is an interesting article written by Glenn Greenwald from March of 2010. Anyway, one thing that's better about us than Canada: we're freer.
I mean, it's absolutely disturbing that they tried to prevent Ann Coulter from speaking. (I don't support her views. But I support her right to express them. But apparently Canada has a different take -- and different laws.)

The creepy tyranny of Canada's hate speech laws

By Glenn Greenwald (http://www.salon.com/author/glenn_greenwald/index.html)

I've written many times before (http://glenngreenwald.blogspot.com/2006/11/fruits-of-hate-speech-laws.html) about the evils of "hate speech" laws (http://glenngreenwald.blogspot.com/2006/02/are-there-american-political-values.html) that are prevalent in Canada (http://old.nationalreview.com/comment/bernstein200312020910.asp) and Europe (http://www.wired.com/techbiz/media/news/2002/11/56294) -- people being fined, prosecuted and hauled before official tribunals (http://www.salon.com/news/opinion/glenn_greenwald/2008/01/13/hate_speech_laws) for expressing political opinions which the State has prohibited and criminalized. I won't rehash those arguments here, but I do want to note a particularly creepy illustration of how these laws manifest. The far-right hatemonger Ann Coulter was invited by a campus conservative group to speak at the University of Ottawa, and the Vice Provost of that college sent Coulter a letter (http://www.nationalpost.com/news/story.html?id=2710037) warning her that she may be subject to criminal prosecution if the views she expresses fall into the realm of prohibited viewpoints:
Dear Ms. Coulter,

I understand that you have been invited by University of Ottawa Campus Conservatives to speak at the University of Ottawa this coming Tuesday. . . .
I would, however, like to inform you, or perhaps remind you, that our domestic laws, both provincial and federal, delineate freedom of expression (or "free speech") in a manner that is somewhat different than the approach taken in the United States. I therefore encourage you to educate yourself, if need be, as to what is acceptable in Canada and to do so before your planned visit here.
You will realize that Canadian law puts reasonable limits on the freedom of expression. For example, promoting hatred against any identifiable group would not only be considered inappropriate, but could in fact lead to criminal charges. Outside of the criminal realm, Canadian defamation laws also limit freedom of expression and may differ somewhat from those to which you are accustomed. I therefore ask you, while you are a guest on our campus, to weigh your words with respect and civility in mind. . . .
Hopefully, you will understand and agree that what may, at first glance, seem like unnecessary restrictions to freedom of expression do, in fact, lead not only to a more civilized discussion, but to a more meaningful, reasoned and intelligent one as well.
I hope you will enjoy your stay in our beautiful country, city and campus.
Sincerely,
Francois Houle,
Vice-President Academic and Provost, University of Ottawa
Personally, I think threatening someone with criminal prosecution for the political views they might express is quite "hateful." So, too, is anointing oneself the arbiter of what is and is not sufficiently "civilized discussion" to the point of using the force of criminal law to enforce it. If I were administering Canada's intrinsically subjective "hate speech" laws (and I never would), I'd consider prosecuting Provost Houle for this letter. The hubris required to believe that you can declare certain views so objectively hateful that they should be criminalized is astronomical; in so many eras, views that were most scorned by majorities ended up emerging as truth.
For as long as I'll live, I'll never understand how people want to vest in the Government the power to criminalize particular viewpoints it dislikes, will never understand the view that it's better to try to suppress adverse beliefs than to air them, and will especially never understand people's failure to realize that endorsing this power will, one day, very likely result in their own views being criminalized when their political enemies (rather than allies) are empowered. Who would ever want to empower officious technocrats to issue warnings along the lines of: be forewarned: if you express certain political views, you may be committing a crime; guide and restrict yourself accordingly? I obviously devote a substantial amount of my time and energy to critiquing the actions of the U.S. Government, but the robust free speech protection guaranteed by the First Amendment and largely protected by American courts (http://www.campus-watch.org/article/id/7819) continues to be one of the best features of American political culture.

UPDATE: When Noam Chomsky (yes, I'm quoting him twice in one day) is asked whether he thinks America is irrevocably broken and/or whether its political process has any extremely positive features, he typically says -- as he did in this 2005 interview (http://www.chomsky.info/interviews/200506--.htm): "In other dimensions, the U.S. is very free. For example, freedom of speech is protected in the United States to an extent that is unique in the world." That's the critical point: as long as the State is absolutely barred from criminalizing political views, then any change remains possible because citizens are free to communicate with and persuade one another and express their political opinions without being threatened by the Government with criminal sanctions of the kind Provost Houle conveyed here and which are not infrequently issued by numerous other Canadian and European functionaries.

I think this shows the danger of religious intolerance ...regardless of which god you worship. Having said that , Jones' action was certainly provocative and ignorant, but the reaction is nothing less than eye opening and barbaric. Not for me, but for some who might be on the fence about our interventions in these countries, and the prospects for some sort of democracy. You're free to call me a bigot, it matters not to me....The reality is no matter how may troops, advisers, or decades....this part of the world is incapable of peaceful self governance and self determination. History has, and will in the future prove me to be correct. Until there is a functioning democracy ( besides Isreal) in the region....you have no argument to the contrary.

I think what your choice of illustrations shows, Faldur, is that those with power - ie the West and Christianity- can afford tolerance. Yes Piss Christ and the play about that TV chat show guy Jerry Springer were tolerated - though some christian protested. Does our liberal tolerance prove that Muslims who get upset by the antics of an ignorant nincompoop like pastor Terry jones are stupid and primitive? What exactly was that picture of a pig's head and the Qur'an about? I recall once a jewish guy I worked with getting sent a severed pigs head on a plate - from some anti-semitic so call Christians. Nazis target all kinds of people - and ignorance exists on all sides.

Ar you a Muslim hater then?

I hate no one, (well there is the ex-wife), ok I lied I hate my ex-wife. Muslims are hypocritical, intolerant, racist, and in general have no civil rights for many minority classes, (ie gay/homosexual and women's rights). I feel they are extremely violent and cannot be trusted. But I do not hate them.

Muslims and pork do not get along well, a pigs head on a Koran is a pretty big insult.

To kill someone for burning a book is insane. Its a fricking book. You want to burn a Bible be my guest, as long as its your book burn to your hearts content. Civil people can look beyond these types of things. Muslims seem to have trouble with "civil".

If you add the word "EXTREMIST" after of the word "Muslim" every time you say it, your statements would be correct.

Muslims are not evil or bad people. They are peace loving and god fearing just like christians. Read the Quran before it is judged. It's actually about as hyped up and inaccurate as the bible. It contrdicts itself like the bible, and makes up some fantastic stories like the bible. But it is not an evil book. The extreme Muslim assholes make it say anything they want to serve their terrorism. Just like christians make the bible say what ever they want so they can do the evil shit they do and say it was gods wish. Every religion has it's extreme assholes, and peaceful loving people.

The Muslim Extremists are no better or worse than christian extremists that kill innocent people in the name of god. There are many Muslim nations that are very open and friendly, maybe more so than we are at times. Should muslims judge ALL christians by the one that killed in the name of god?

In Bush's illegal Iraq war, we good little christians killed over 30,000 innocent Iraqi citizens in the first 3 weeks of shock and awe bombings. They were unarmed private citizens just trying to get safe. Tell me there is nothing evil about that.

I would place more fear in our own greedy racist insane extreme political parties, than worrying about the Muslim world.

Prospero

As a Christian I am vocal about terrorists and murderers who bomb abortion clinics. Likewise insane lunatics that protest at dead soldiers funerals. About Free Muslims Coalition

The Free Muslims Coalition is a nonprofit organization made up of American Muslims and Arabs of all backgrounds who feel that religious violence and terrorism have not been fully rejected by the Muslim community in the post 9-11 era.
The Free Muslims was created to eliminate broad base support for Islamic extremism and terrorism and to strengthen secular democratic institutions in the Middle East and the Muslim World by supporting Islamic reformation efforts.
The Free Muslims promotes a modern secular interpretation of Islam which is peace-loving, democracy-loving and compatible with other faiths and beliefs. The Free Muslims' efforts are unique; it is the only mainstream American-Muslim organization willing to attack extremism and terrorism unambiguously. Unfortunately most other Muslim leaders believe that in terrorist organizations, the end justifies the means.
As written recently by Khaled Kishtainy, columnist at Al-Sharq Al-Awsat Newspaper, "I place on the Islamic intellectuals and leaders of Islamic organizations part of the responsibility for [this phenomenon] of Islamic terrorism, as nearly all of them advocate violence, and repress anyone who casts doubts upon this. Naturally, every so often they have written about the love and peace of Islam – but they did so, at best, for purposes of propaganda and defense of Islam. Their basic position is that this religion was established by the sword, acts by the sword, and will triumph by the sword, and that any doubt regarding this constitutes a conspiracy against the Muslims."
The Free Muslims finds this sympathetic support for terrorists by Muslim leaders and intellectuals to be a dangerous trend and the Free Muslims will challenge these beliefs and target the sympathetic support given to terrorists by Muslims.
The Free Muslims encourages Muslims and Arabs to be proud of their faith and at the same time critical. The community of the faithful must now take steps to bring Islam into the 21st century. As the Free Muslims’s founder recently said, "The only way that we as a people can make a profound difference and improve the quality of life for all Muslims is if all of us make a difference individually."
Other Americans have spoken up against terrorism, but never before has this message come with such clarity from Muslims or Arabs. Muslims are the only ones who can resolve the problem of terror in Islam, and sadly until the founding of this Free Muslims, they were the only group who had not definitively spoken up against the use of terror.

The reason I don't is I cannot find a "reasonable" Muslim that has the balls to call out these "Extremists". With everything that goes on all you hear is silence. It's in their silence that I apply "guilt by association".

As a Christian I am vocal about terrorists and murderers who bomb abortion clinics. Likewise insane lunatics that protest at dead soldiers funerals. I believe this Terry fellow has every right to burn any book he chooses. Although in my opinion its just tossing gasoline on a fire thats already burning out of control. He is an idiot, but fortunately in our country that is not a crime.

In my opinion, if the Muslim community doesn't start separating itself from the "extremists", people like me will always lump them all together.

As Silcc69 has made clear, yes the Muslim community has spoken out against every terrorist attack.

On the other hand, as a christian, did you ever speak out against the killing of those 30,000 innocent Iraqi citizens that we killed in the first attacks on Baghdad of Bush's illegal war? As a christian, did you ever speak out against the US Naval and Air forces that bombed the shit out of Lebanon illegally under Reagan?

Far too many times, we have stuck our arrogant political noses in muslim nations where we didn't belong. And still the majority of the muslim people do not hate us. But the extremist muslims took our invasions into their business as very offensive. Now they want to revenge themselves on us by using whatever methods necessary to destroy us. Yet it's funny how we, as christians, don't see our invasions as a bad or harmful thing.

No Faldur, the muslim world is not an enemy. And they have proved it many times by fighting along side us in the first Gulf war, and now in Libya. They have always condemned terrorist attacks, and work with us to prevent them from more attacks. They have brought terrorist to justice in their own countries. Bin Laden said publicly that he wants to destroy Saudi Arabia and a few other Arab nations for siding with America.

As I said, every bull shit religious belief on the planet has assholes among them who will do horrible things to people because they say god told them to do it, or it was in their bull shit holy book. Religion is the worse for corrupting the minds of people everywhere. They become fanatics and obcessed with it.

Please do not be like the terrorist who have condemned the entire christian world to death for the acts of a few asshole fanatics. I am sure you don't like being misjudged and lumped into that catagory by them. They don't like it either and don't deserve to be anymore than you. This is the biggest problem with people in this world. Misjudge by prejudice. One of them does it, so they are all the same. We seriously need to get away from that kind of shit.

Did you know that Dr Zuhdi Jasser President of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy has been hailed by the Free Muslim organazation? And guess where Dr. Jasser appears regularly ? Hold on to your tighty whites now.....FOX NEWS>>>> you know .....the Network you love to hate. Fair and Balanced??? It would appear at least in Dr. Jasser's case that's true !

And with all due respect to The Free Muslims, thier messege is the right messege, but they're but a grain of sand in an ocean of
fundamentalist, radical and "moderate" Muslims. I wish that wasn't the case, but sadly they represent only a small percentage of Muslims world wide, so let's not get too worked up about their impact....despite their positive message.

OK...let's deconstruct some of your wild claims. It's time to man up and provide us with some facts. Opinions....you're entitled to, Facts you're not.

First off...where are you coming up with this 30,000 figure? The AP puts it at about 15,000 and there is a wide range of estimates, but the AP is considered to be reliable. Were there civilians killed...unquestionably. But what you don't know....or don't understand is that US Troops went to extraordinary lengths to avoid civilian deaths for obvious reasons. Their rules of engagement were so restrictive, many felt their own lives were in danger. Having said that....is there any doubt that had Saddam remained in power there wouldn't be far more deaths ? Were you outraged when he gassed the Kurds? Or only when civilian deaths occurred at the hands of US Troops? Civilians are killed in war....it's a messy reality.
I'm not sure about your claim of Reagan bombing Lebanon....if you're referring to the 1984 shelling of those peace loving Syrians in the Bekka Valley....I'm guessing that could have been in retaliation for the earlier killing of 242 Marines stationed in Lebanon as PEACE KEEPERS and were blown to pieces by a Hamas...I'm sure you know about that...probably just forgot to mention it...huh? The shelling was aimed at the Syrians who were once again meddling in Lebanese affairs and supporting terror groups.

I've also heard you refer to the Iraq as "Bush's illegal war" ....You seem enamored with that word. Is the current war on Libya also "illegal" or is that humanitarian because it was perpetrated by a liberal? The Iraq war was many things...but it was not illegal. Everyone of your favorite liberals voted for it in Congress, and as I recall...Obama chose not to vote. Not Surprising. Or maybe the UN is the standard you judge these things by. If so...I seem to recall countless UN resolutions on the use of force...so your choice of "illegal needs further explanation.
Further...your contention that "they have always condemned terror attacks is laughable. It is common knowledge that terror groups like Hamas, ( Formed by the Muslim Brotherhood) Al-Qaeda,The Egyptian al-Jihad, The Taliban, and many other off shoot groups enjoy wide spread support among the populations. Polling data is sketchy, but it shows these groups have many supporters and sympathizers. After The Israeli family that just had their throats slashed recently by Palestinian terrorists, there was dancing and celebration in streets of the West Bank. If all these Muslims are so peace loving as you would like us to believe....why are there no democracies in the entire region? It occurs to me that your posts are for more emotional than factual. "A few Asshole Fanatics" is more like a few hundred thousand, and growing.

You obviously get your news and facts from FoxGOP channel. I don't care what any news service says. The US and Iraqi governments counted over 30,000 deaths of innocent civilians just in the shock and awe bombing in the first 4 weeks. That doesn't take into account the rest of the war. Yes I know innocent people die in wars. But Bush knew that Saddam was using thousands of innocent civilians as human shields against bombing raids of government facilities. None of it was necessary. We now know that Saddam did NOT have any WMD's, or anything to do with 9/11, like Bush claimed. The entire war was a lie and murderd 5,000 American soldiers for nothing.

Syrians were spread out within the civilian Lebanese population. But that didn't deter Reagan from bombing them anyway. Twice as many Lebanese died than as did Syrians in that attack.

Bush asked for an OK to invade Iraq. Democrats went to Bush and made a deal. The dems said they would authorize the invasion, but with caveats.
Bush must allow the weapons inspectors to complete their search for WMD's. If they find any, they will be destroyed and that is the end. If the found them and Saddam refused to let them be destroyed, then diplomacy must be given a chance first, and if it failed, then invasion was necessary. If Saddam refused to allow inspectors to do their job, then invasion would be necessary.

Bush openly and publicly agreed to these caveats, so the dems gave the authorization their signatures. (That is where republicans invented the twisted bull shit of, "They voted for it before they were against it".) I bet FoxGOP chaannel never reported that part, but all the other media did.

Less 2 months passed, and Bush told the inspectors to get out now or be in danger. They were allowed to do their jobs and never got to finish because of Cowboy Bush. Bush reneged on his word to the dems, and went in to Iraq anyway. He lied to get the dems' signatures. He did this against the UN and world views. The UN in a 100% unanimous vote, declared Bush's invasion as ILLEGAL. Bush's daddy's life was threatened by Saddam, and Bush Jr used lies and deceit to avenge and impress his daddy. The price tag for Bush's revenge was over $3TRILLION and almost 5,000 American soldiers, all for nothing.

The current actions in Libya are not an American action. We are just one of several nations of a UN built coalition, answering a plea for help to save millions of lives from being slaughtered. The military action in Libya is supported by the UN and several Arab nations who have their own military jets doing the bombing. France and the UK went in first. We followed later. This is not an illegal action. It is sanctioned by the UN and the same countries that declared Bush's war to be illegal. That is world opinion. Not just mine.

Yes the muslim world DID INDEED condemn terrorist actions, unless your boy Bush was lying when he read the letters from them and when every news channel showed the videos of the Muslim country leaders condemning the terrorist actions. You need to watch something other than FoxGOP channel.

You said, "If all these Muslims are so peace loving as you would like us to believe....why are there no democracies in the entire region? I guess you haven't watched the latest news about Arab nations protesting and fighting against their asshole insane dictators to gain freedom. Your knowledge of how the world really works is laughable. You really think the the US isn't pulling the strings? Or maybe it the Poles...I think they sent 2 planes ! The action in Lybia is soley and absolutely to protect French and British oil interests along north coast line. If civilians were such a concern to Obama and the French...why aren't they in Syria, Yemen, Iran, and Bahrain ??

You continue to talk nonsence. Because you and Luxumberg happen to think the Iraq war was "illegal" doesn't make it so. Stop saying it. It's innacurate and asinine. It might make for great anit war rallies on campus, but it's flat wrong.

Oh...so you think that all this upheaval in the middle east and North Africa is about democracy...?? Excuse me while I fall off the chair hysterical laughing. There hasn't been a democracy in the region other than Isreal and in 5 years there still won't be...with the possible exception of Iraq and that took 10 years of the most powerful military on earth to even get it to the point it is now. But dream on my young friend....if nothing else, you're hopeful !!!!!!!!!!

You sound like John Kerry " Yes I voted for the war before... I voted against it". LMAO..When you are asked to give the President the right to use force abroad......you had better understand that there is a very real possibility that he may decide to use it...otherwise don't vote for it. You can't go back afterwards and say "if I knew he was really going to use it...i wouldn't have voted for it"....That's called not having the balls to stand by your vote. Do you realize how stupid you sound by making that argument? Votes for the use of force have consequence...you don't get to change it after the shit hits the fan.

What you're really saying is the liberals were too stupid and got duped, or they don't have the guts to cast a vote knowing full well it carries consequences, and then stand by that vote. Either way....you've given us a window inside the liberal mind. Thank you for that !!!

You fall off your chair because you can't sit on your ass without breaking your neck. You constantly disregard the truth for your personal opinion, which does not want to accept the truth. You just reply with a troll response of calling people names and telling them they are liars.

NO! I will never stop saying the Iraq war was illegal because it was. Here is a link to an article quoting the UN Sec General Kofi Annon at the time the war began. Read it and learn something new. But I am sure you will say the article lies too. Go to Google and enter anything related to the Iraq war being illegal, and watch the dozens of results pop up with proof. But you head is too fucked up to figure it out.

The Guardian....????? That would be like me attempting to bolster my position with Fox news...would you accept that? Let's use a more independent source...shall we? Wkiipedia...There were 17 UN Resolutions regarding Iraq ( count 'em) and an overwhelming vote on the use of force in the Congress. Just curious....how many resolutions would you have liked to see? 20 ? 25? And while it is true Kofi Annan called the war illegal, there could have been 100 resolutions and 10 more years of weapons inspections and he would have said the same thing..Get Real... he also said neither he nor his son met with representatives of Swiss companies during the huge oil for food scandle. Remember that one? Of course you don't . Google it then get back to me about Annan. And who decides what's legal? One man? The Congress? The UN? The Secratary General who's neck deep in an oil for food scandle? If one man says something is illegal...does that make it so? Here's what I know...When Bush annouced the overwhelming vote on the use of force resolution, he did so with the support of lots of Democrats...( see below)

You liberals now are presented with a Libya problem. It's one thing to cry the Iraq war was illegal, as inaccurate as that may be, but now you have to use the same arguments with respect to Libya. What has the Security Council said regarding the matter? The Congress? The American public? What's that... Suddenly their all quite irrelevant in the rush to save lives ? But wait...you call Iraq an illegal war. Weren't you the same fool who was whining about the civilian casualties in Iraq after the US invasion....but didn't give 2 shits about the death squads in Iraq before the invasion? ? How many civilian Iraqi lives were taken during the nine months we played with 17 UN resolutions? Were they important to you? Or is it only Libyan lives that concern you now? What say you about the haphazard conduct of the Libyan campaign thus far ? Apply the same arguments you all used against Bush and Iraq to Obama and Libya, then get back to me with some consistancy. And what exactly are we doing there? Suddenly France has decided to shed all that passivity they showed during Iraq and now can't get the bombs dropping fast enough? Seems like you, just like France have some explaining to do !

Maher: Islam Only Religion That "Kills You When You Disagree With Them"

http://images.rcp.realclearpolitics.com/78043_5_.jpg

"All this talk of people who burn the Koran and nothing about the people who reacted in such a stupid way. We are always blaming the victim and not holding them -- not most Muslims, but at least a large part of Muslim culture that doesn't condemn their people," Bill Maher said on his show "Real Time" Friday night.

"There is one religion in the world that kills you when you disagree with them and they say 'look, we are a religion of peace and if you disagree we'll fucking cut your head off,'" Maher said. "And nobody calls them on it -- there are very few people that will call them on it."

"It's like if Dad is a violent drunk and beats his kids, you don't blame the kid because he set Dad off. You blame Dad because he's a violent drunk," Maher concluded.

Uh-Oh....when he's calling Palin a twat or bashing conservatives Indeeda and Silcc can't laugh hard enough....but now what? Will they bash Maher like they do me for saying the exact same things? Will it have any impact on them to hear one of thier own laying it out there?

YouTube - Michael Moore vs. Bill O'Reilly Pt. 2of 2 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fLHI0b43xa4)

The only thing Michael Moore ever beat was ....everyone else to the buffet table. But nice try....My point regarding Maher is that he is saying precisely the same thing I am, but when I say it...you and your lib friends wail about my bigotry and Islamophobia. But I can see you sidestepped the issue again. Me and Bill Maher...together at last against radical Islam !!

You have become the ultimate troll. I now see who and what you are. At this point, I doubt you are a republican or democrat, or libertarian, or independent.....or anything but a troll. You don't have any political views or opinions. You don't care one way or the other.

Your only reason to be here is to post the opposite view of whatever the popular view is. You do this for nothing more than your own twisted personal entertainment. You like to say things that you know will stir people up so you can sit back and get a big laugh at the responses. You lie your ass of about what people say, you twist the words of posts so you can be nasty with your response. You take absolutely proven facts and call them lies just because you know you will get a heated reply. This gives you a cheap thrill and another chance to do it all over again.

Most of your replies are so outrageous and far fetched, that only a troll could be so bold and stupid to make them up and post them. That's what has given you away. Not even a hard-nosed republican would reply the way you do. When a real right winger is confronted with evidence of their lies, they move on to argue about other right wing BS points. They don't keep trying to prove what they know can't be proven. But you do, only because it entertains you. I actually thought you might be serious about your views and opinions, so the replies were worth it. But now that you have 100% ignored proven facts, and made up crap to reply with, I am convinced that you are just here to troll for a cheap laugh or two.

At this point I can't see any merit in anything you say because you have lied so much and so often. Like the little boy who cried wolf. I even doubt you are a TG. You are probably some little old fat lonely and angry man because nobody loves you. So you take out your frustrations on people on the internet forums because you can be anonymous which gives you bravery to do and say anything. And nobody can stop you. That is how you get your thrill. But your big bonus though, is getting the few fools who believe your bull shit and agree with you. They haven't seen through you yet.

I haven't seen one reply from you that provides any evidence of anything you say as true. You just dribble out your hate comments and lies to light a fire under your pot of hate. And when it works, you are happy for a few minutes. You sit back and laugh at those you pissed off, and you laugh even harder at those you swayed to your side. You are just an amateur internet troll. It is your life. It is all you know how to do, and you aren't even that good at it.

Well you poor angry little man, you cried wolf one too many times. I just hope others will wake up and realize it before they waste more of their time on you.

The Guardian....????? That would be like me attempting to bolster my position with Fox news...would you accept that?

Just on this narrow point. The Guardian is and has always been run by an independent trust. The staff have complete editorial freedom and the newspaper is not some rich man's plaything which allows him to force his own agenda on to the front page.

Over here, News International, the UK subsidiary of News Corp, is in serious trouble over phone hacking of politicians, celebrities and members of the royal family. Oh, and just to remind you, it's owned by the same wonderfully altruistic and independent people who run Fox News.

Folks.....we have us a scoop. O'reilly speaking in coded terms ( profits=Jews) to his audience unwittingly
reveals his deep anti semitism. Man....how long did you have to scower the internet to find that little nugget? LOL

As far as the Muslim saving Jews.....why did you think that would surprise and shock me? There are millions of Muslims living side by side with Jews in Isreal. Again slowly for your clarification...I don't hate Muslims...I hate Muslims who are at war with us and who either interpret or misinterpret ( whichever you prefer) the Koran, and those that are thier enablers and silent supporters. You pick the number that fall into that category. Several thousand? Several hundred thousand? Several million? I have no idea. But I do know there's enough to keep us busy fighting them in 3 countries, and spending billions to keep them out of this country, so it's safe to say "too many".

That pic wasn't me troll-boy. It was from a gay amateur website. I would never post a pic of myself nude with a dildo up my ass. Only whores do stupid shit like that.

I use facts that can be looked up anytime you dare to seek the truth. All you have to do is get off your lazy trolling ass and do it. But you never will. You are a republican. Ignoring the facts to keep trolling your lies is what you right wingers do best. Hell that's ALL you know how to do. No one has to take my word for anything. I have the truth on my side, and everyone else in these threads just have to look up the truth and prove it for themselves that you are just a troll. That is what you have against you. You can't prove one fucking thing you say, and everyone knows that too.

His raps were ass. And I love how you claim that I say that all muslims are peaceful. I have never ever said all muslims are peaceful. For fucks sake all races and religions aren't peaceful. And I highly doubt this asshole would attack a city near me I stay in Nashville,TN. Terrorist prefer to attack big ass cities not small ones. :dancing:

I'm guessing that could have been in retaliation for the earlier killing of 242 Marines stationed in Lebanon as PEACE KEEPERS and were blown to pieces by a Hamas...

The 1983 bombing of the Beirut Marine barracks killed 241 American personnel, of whom 220 were Marines. Islamic Jihad claimed responsibility for the attack; later investigation concluded that Hezbollah had provided logistical support. Hamas did not exist in 1983.

You tend to speak in generalities, and then when you do make specific statements of fact, you're often incorrect. This despite the fact that you “spend mulitple hours a day blogging, reading 4 or 5 newspapers, and countless political web sites....” Maybe you should think about trying some new sources. (Hasn’t helped your spelling, either.)

I think this shows the danger of religious intolerance ...regardless of which god you worship.

Now I think this represents real progress. Six weeks ago, you were insisting that a billion Muslims were bent on slaughtering all moral and upstanding white people. But now it seems like you’re starting to wake up to the fact that the problem is not theology, but ideology.

But wait…

And with all due respect to The Free Muslims, thier messege is the right messege, but they're but a grain of sand in an ocean of fundamentalist, radical and "moderate" Muslims. I wish that wasn't the case, but sadly they represent only a small percentage of Muslims world wide, so let's not get too worked up about their impact....despite their positive message.

Oh well. Back to the insistent bigotry. But since you read all those newspapers and web sites, you must be clued in to some good data showing solid rank-and-file support for Muslim extremists, right?

Guess not…
