If it was April fool's day, I'd probably passed this one. If this is true, this is going to be one screwed up kid by the time her mother is done with her. San Francisco cps authorities must be asleep on the wheel if this is really going on in the pagent circuit.

The relentless pursuit of beauty is as dangerous as an 8-year riding a motorcycle (for adults, let alone children). That said, I would never let my 8-year old son ride a motorcycle. This mom gets a pass because it's a 'mother-daughter' thing. Talk about a double-standard. :rolleyes:
