I've met a couple at the Artisan Inn as well, at the Friday/Saturday night after hours. Other than that go with Natasha's recommendations, although Krave, 8.5, and Piranha are all gay bars so be prepared for lots of horny men hitting on you as well.

Oh, I've met quite a few at LAX as well, although that's very hit or miss. Pretty much any club will have a few scattered around.
