I was looking to get a few people's opinions on the best places to meet tgirls in San Francisco. I will be moving into the city here in a week or two and wanted to know the best places to pick up tgirls. I'm not into paying for one, and would rather find a girl for relationship or fling. Any suggestions?

Try Diva's -they are not all working girls there, esp weekends when all three floors are open (ok so its hit and miss but so are most places).
