At last, after a too-long but necessary pause, we are BACK!!!!

THURSDAY MARCH 24th from 3.00 pm till 9.00 North LONDON
Small very discreet private luxury flat in North London, just 5 minutes walk from Northern Line tube, free street parking from 3.00, station car park is about £4 for the whole day.
Free buffet, free bar (soft drinks, wine, beer).
All are welcome regardless of gender or orientation: men, T girls, CD’s, RG’s, yes even HPW’s. Girls may come dressed, or change here, though space may sometimes be a little crowded.
There is a nice sitting room kept as a no-sex area for chat, eating, anything other than sex, 2 bathrooms, and two comfortable double bedrooms, both available for play t all times.
As always, I provide a clean, safe, very discreet venue and plenty of food and drink. You can come for as long as you want, and get to play with anyone that agrees. Just the same 2 rules as always: no drugs/smoking, and of course respect for everyone’s limits – just remember “no” means “no”.
That apart, you may do as you like, dress as you like, play with as many willing partners as you like. Or you can just socialise, meet & chat to other trannies and admirers; there's no pressureto play if that's not your thing (plenty prefer not to) though plenty of choice if it is.
Admission (includes buffet & bar) is £40 for all (Equality Act), but I will pay £20 cash to any guest who is prepared to dress completely as a woman for the event, provided they are fully made up, wear a wig and their own female clothes., and act and expect to be treated as a woman.
