I have one or two of her videos where the scars are partially visible, and yes, I can why she is self-conscience of them -- Since when did breast surgery start utilizing can openers for breast implants ?

On a serious note, and using Miriam's case as my example, aren't there lasers today that supposedly just burn wrinkles off around the eye and forehead area ? I've seen these on the news for years. The doctors just shoot the light to the affected wrinkled area resulting in a fine white dust and leaving the area smoother. Wouldn't that laser, which is done on an outcall basis I believe, lessen the scars to some extent ? It seems bad scarring results could be ameliorated to some great extent. What am I missing ?
