All of the previously mentioned ladies know how to get money and make their dollars work for them, exhibit some sort of entrepreneural sense to make scents, and can carry on literate and sometimes thought provoking conversation. I don't want to sound racist here, but it seems to me that the majority of the black TS's I have seen are simply not as attractive as thier caucasion/hispanic counterparts. I got to imagine that in this business, (ie escorting/porn) ugly people have no chance of making as much $$$ as an attracitve one

Perhaps its because there are more caucasion & hispanic TS's (more to choose from, only the best are the ones you see). I know from walking around in NYC & Vegas that there are some white TS's that I cannot imagine how they think they look good or desireable.

Definately wasn't a knock against you. i'm basically saying that of the black girls i've seen, you pretty much are the only one on parr on the level of the other shorties I mentioned. You mentioned that white and latino TS do better, because they're more physically attractive. I'll give you the latinas dude, but the white chicks come on! No disrespect, but many caucasian TS' have very mannish, clockable faces, even with hormone therapy. I mean, if that's how you read it, cool. You are entitled to your opinion Ms. Badazz. This isn't a black vs. white thing, it's a fact thing. You are viewing this emotionally, my motive was fiscal and based on economic trends i've noticed within the black ts community (however minute it is). I have nothing to gain or lose by making a post questioning the mentality or fiscal responsibility or goals of black ts...I decided to ask a question because this is a MESSAGE board. I know somepeople tend to forget that but it's cool. I asked why do we see more X type TS live this kind of way, with this kind of lifestyle, with this type of outlook as opposed to Y type TS who lives the opposite kind of way, with an opposite lifestyle, with an opposite outlook on life...i'm concerned that (thru my own interactions) not many black transsexuals take their economic vitality seriously...i'm concerned that many are not playing the game to win, just temporary accomplishments...now you can disagree if you want, that's your right but i'm sure if you'd objectively search your heart and mind you'd know that there is some truth to what i'm saying. Rather than take offense and say that i'm wrong why not offer up some advice for those young and struggling black transsexual women who may need guidance from persons such as yourself, an established and polished black transsexual woman...often time I find that rather than offer support and help, many black transsexuals, to borrow a line from you, act "kee kee" instead of taking on a mentoring role to show these young sisters how to learn from the mistakes that older heads have made and how to have a plan after the sex trade falls off...

Well i know for a fact that Jade is one of the known "Black" girls in the "Adult industry" but there are alot of "successful" girls out here. But its all in what u call "successful" and in what industry, field, genre, or livelihood u speaking. one correction...I never made it a black vs. white thing...I stated "black tranny white tranny" no contention was implied. This post was an opportunity for those transsexuals in the minority community to express themselves and talk openly about why such issues exist and what can be done to address them. I just see a lot of flaws with the post that started all of this. I guess part of it is the fact that success by the poster seems based in a sex worker only mentality. Living here in Atlanta, I see many Black girls that don't dare escort that live happy fulfilled lives working 9 to 5.

But even if we are taking porn and escorting only all you gotta do is look at straight pron and see that it is just not a level playing field. Some of the non Black girls that you mentioned have doors opened to them that you won't see opened for Black girls. Things like the vieo awards and big name video companies that put them on covers of videos with great lighting, photographers, and airbrushing.

Some of the girls mentioned aren't white but have adopted more European looks that open some of those doors.

And let's face it, a lot of Black girls who may escort are not that willing to do hardcore porn or do anything like be on a website because they don't want that kind of public exposure. Some of the board members that make videos and websites have said that before on HA.

It seems that back in 2006 there were lots of black tgirls posting on HA, I was not aware of that.

For the most part, I don't find most black tgirls physically attractive or passable, maybe 1 in 10. But that's just my taste.

Being of black and latino descent, I find myself attracted to these types of chicks however, I would fuck with any (after I get to know them on a personal level of course... :wink: ) TS regardless of race. It just seems that the bulk of white and asian TS really dont' fuck with black or latino guys so I tend to look at black and latina ts more. At the end of the day, I find that shit so silly. Is the TS world really that big and expansive that you can freely discriminate on a basis of random dumb shit like skin color? Then again, who gives a flying fuck, live and let live and do what you do.
