check http://forum.xda-developers.com/

i was able to get 2.0 on mine before i switched to the nexus 1. just can't find the direct link to the steps i had to take. its basicly just putting 3 files on your micro sd card and rebooting it in a specific way a couple times.

Unfortunately. I still remember a time when "app" didn't have anything to do with a cell phone, smart phone, or whatever new term they're using now for digital pocket slabs. It's not that I'm phone or technology stupid. I just see a market flooded with useless apps and a flood of bejeweled and tetris clones.

The Android app market is starting to look like Commodore 64's software lineup.

GF, yeah, I agree. I suppose that's a "sign"of how BIG the Android platform has grown. When selecting an app to download and install from the "Market", I always do my due diligence on the net to see what other users are saying about that particular app.

here's one of the pages i used as you'll have to root it:
http://androidandme.com/2009/05/beginners/guides/beginners-guide-for-rooting-your-android-g1-to-install-cupcake/

and under downloads you should find the build you need here:
http://www.cyanogenmod.com/

good luck.

REally? You think so?

Does that mean they have Winter Games for commodore 64 for download? I'm tired of having to load my 5.25" floppy and wait 10 minutes to load.
