I was getting ready to go to the gym this afternoon and needed to take my pre-workout shit. I was listening to a Crowbar CD(Time Heals Nothing) which I left on as I walked to the toilet. I sat down and seemed a little clogged up at first. When track 4 "Leave It Behind" began I could feel a rumbling in my stomach and the waste product was lining up taking on a missile-like shape. Slowly but surely my turds marched down the rectal corridor until they launched themselves into the water. The rest of the rest of the sludge was burped out and crashed against the side of the bowl before bleeding to the bottom.
This Crowbar CD had me focused and paying attention to the task at hand. I had a back-up plan of throwing on some COC "Deliverance" if I was still holding on to a few stubborn nuggs that needed to be rattled out of there.
My poop, like any Crowbar CD, might be slow but it's heavy like an 18 pound sledgehammer.
