Anybody have any fairly recent similar experiences where you heard of a celebrity appearance which shocked you because you thought that person died a while ago?

A friend of mine the other day thought Richard Dawson(Family Feud) was dead. He's still kickin' too.

I thought Roger Moore was dead for a long time. But it turns out he is alive although I hear he is really really sick and close to dying.

He does look old. Is he really sick? If so, that's a shame.

Ever see "The Wild Geese"? Great film, kind of like a British Dirty Dozen. Anyway, there are some legendary stories of all the drinking of Roger Moore, Richard Burton, and Richard Harris during the making of the film. Supposedly, Moore drank them under the table.

I would have bet money Lee Majors died for some reason but nope he's alive.

They got him out there selling a Bionic Ear Hearing Aid. He's about to do a Life Alert commercial where he capitalizes on his past Fall Guy fame.

This thread got me wondering about Abe Vigoda, so I just Googled him to confirm he's still alive.

Abe is technically alive as long as we're splitting hairs about it here. He appeared to be breathing on his last appearance on the Conan O'Brien Television Program.

Henry Kissinger. That guy seemed like an old fart way back in the Nixon administration. Of course, some believe he's the devil himself so maybe he's immortal.

I just checked. Charlie Sheen is still annoyingly alive and molesting porn stars as we speak.

I remember in the late 90's hearing that Holly Johnson from Frankie Goes to Hollywood had come out with a new song, and everyone was like "I thought Holly Johnson died in the 80's"

Him and guys like Richard Benjamin were in a bunch of decent comedies from the late 1970s to early 1980s. Is Richard Benjamin still alive? Just checked. Yes, still with the living.

There are some that I wish were gone so they wouldn't appear on the silver screen but the list is too long. George Segal, I saw him recently in something. I knew he was still alive. He's a funny actor at times. Aren't Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling dead? Oh wait, that's just their careers that are dead.

If Rachel McAdams has fallen on hard times she should come see me and fill out an application to be my wife. She's a pretty lady.:jerkoff

Even though Kirk Douglas showed up at the Oscars, I'm not convinced he was actually alive. Really, I would have guessed he was dead 30 years ago.

Sadly, Jane Russell died today at age 89. A very sexy and pretty lady back in her day! R.I.P.

I always thought that John Lennon was dead but it can't be true cause I keep reading stories about a Beatle reunion.
