Oh by the way. A programme in the UK about a year ago, entitled '100 ways to look good in the nude' finally got down to number 1 - look enthusiastic! Your survey hasn't got anything about this but try it. It may be a personal preference that applies to only me, but if your model looks like she is having a great time ( and she's taking your money - or is that our money - at the same time) then I think she has cracked the business she is in.

Plus points for trying the survey. Should have happened earlier. Well done for getting in there.

Well your the professional marketer but I don't see what difference the order of those specific questions are - whether it's 1 or 20?
This was actually a survey I set up for current members of Grooby sites and in a different form it's on those sites, it's been slightly adapted to glean some information that I want from non-members which is why it's on HA. I use this site constantly to gain insight into what people are looking for and have adapted the sites to it.
Your question about enthusiasm - how should that have been worded?
Question 69: Do you;
a) Like your model to look enthusiastic and into it.
b) Look like blowup doll trying not to deflate.

It's a moot question - I'd love every model to look super enthusiastic and into it, I don't need to know the answer, everyone does - but getting the model to do that, is a different area altogether, trust me - we've tried - some models try, some do, some do not and many try not - no matter what the incentive.

I've actually done a number of surveys over the years and constantly ask for feedback on the sites which is why we've increased image sizes, added downloadable zip files, started increasing hardcore and judging by the survey answers already are now going to make out videos full length instead of 2 min type clips.

I've documented pretty well how this company accidentally became a highly successful business - from a horny guy looking for free porn pics and then some photographers offering to shoot more.

Now over 750 replies and we've started some changes already based on what people are telling us.
This week on Yum we've just started full length video instead of smaller clips - we're looking into the image size issue discussed on this site earlier in the week also (giving a choice of sizes).

Some very interesting results coming in.

yeah... uh... the survey is for members and non-members of Grooby sites. But there is no way a non-member can fairly answer questions about the Grooby sites, or fairly compare the Grooby sites to sites they have joined. This means we have to return an incomplete survey, making us immediately ineligible for any prizes.

Always include "i'm not a member options", and add a "why did you join SiteXXX instead og Grooby?"

Of course I submitted the form anyway, of course I skipped the questions I couldn't answer. But since Seanchi specificly mentioned that incomplete forms could not be considered for the prize I just thought I'd throw it out therr that the non-members could not possibly complete the form honestly. But really, in addition to everything else, aren't you interested in knowing why some joined a different company's site over Grooby sites? Question 6 addresses what we like about the sites we joined, but not why we chose them over Grooby.

Thanks to all, it's helped us really see what people are looking for and we've already started to tailor the sites towards what our members and prospective members are looking for. We've already started making the videos full length instead of clips - so approximately over 80 mins of footage every weekon Shemale Yum (find any other site that comes close to that) and many more hours on the other sites. Shemale Yum will also start doubling the amount of hardcore starting in January and we've started shooting just for that.
