This is not to fight about who's good and who sucks. I really like the soundtrack to Tron Legacy and I think that band that made it did a good job considering the electro-crap they usually make. Still (this being a community of trannies and their fans) I have to ask, what is the better soundtrack? The one from the 80's or the current one? The tranny or daft punk?

Never heard the 1st one but with all the hype for the Daft Punk soundtrack.
I was looking forward to hearing it.
Then I heard all 22 tracks. :I
Track 13 was the only one I liked and the only one that had
that Daft punk feel.

All 1min and 44sec. ¬.¬

I am a fan of Daft Punk, but haven't heard the new soundtrack.

Also a fan of Wendy Carlos, particularly given her large body of work, and her innovations and contributions to electonica:

Yea the new soundtrack is pretty crappy. I remember enjoying the music a lot more while I was watching the movie.

the new ost is good, but you have to buy 3 versions to get all the tracks and the best tracks are the "exclusive" tracks.... darn hollywood marketing.....
