When you first started you just weren't any good at it and (likely) didn't have the same hormone load- the whole thing is driven physically by an evolutionary need to spread your seed, and the quicker you are done the quicker you can rest and find another mate. You've practiced that part, but that's only half of it.

We are one of the only species that has sex for pleasure - that is mental and emotional, and that is the part you need to control. There are physical things you can try, though.

Try bringing yourself close to climax, then back off until you can touch yourself without exploding and start over.
