Not to sound rude, but I have a hard time believing that. Are they paying taxes on it somehow? Or are they finding some way to launder their money? You can easily move around money in the $10,000ish+ range here and there, but when someone starts making a crap load warning flags can be triggered. I mean if you are making a million a year we are talking about some large lump sum payments or an average of about $4,000 being deposited into an account on each working day of the year.

Yeah, well... you might be right. I think it just comes with the territory, though. There's a certain amount of disconnection in a relationship when a guy has to get over the idea that his girl is out messing with other dudes for income. The talk in this thread about being old and alone does not have to be. I started as a male escort when I was between building businesses. One was failing and the other was doing well, but not enough to pay me. As it became more sucessful, I escorted less. I have been escorting well over ten years now, and yes, the money is hard to turn down. As my biz has done well I just see my regulars and new clients when refered/or worked with another escort. It is definitely not a dead end streat, rather a means to an end.
As far as relationships go while escorting, I will admit that the only steady relationships I had in this period were with other escorts or strippers, or someone that had an intimate knowledge of this business. As far as dating clients, that is a loser and a half! You lose a good paying client, and they will tire of you, as you are no longer the fantasy they want.
I'm not saying escorting does not take an emotional toll, it does. But it does not have to be a dead end street. And to all the guys out there trying to reason why escorts do what they do, forget about it. You have to be in the biz to understand why we react the way we do. Just a defense mechanism. Regular reasoning does not apply. If you are involved with an escort, just support what they do and don't judge. You will be suprised how much they love you for it!
