If it was up to my dad, he'd call it a fucking shovel and be done with it. He was also great for his words of advise that you "don't shit where you sleep". Limited in education, he called it as he saw it. So too here. Has anyone forgot what this board is here for? Who supports it? Who benefits?

This board is here to generate revenue, plain and simple. The fact that it's a community is secondary to the fact that there is a supported and concerted effort on behalf of the advertisers, self promoters, VOD's, and those looking to break into the industry. Success and livelyhoods of escorts, videographers/production and other services are in many ways tied to the success and behavior of those on this board. You have the opportunity to directly influence the industry with your suggestions and comments, meet prospective talent, even get the RL 411 on an escort you're considering. You don't get opportunity like this often.

I've been lurking on this board years before I registered and have wittnessed much of the senseless drama caused by a transient few. It often follows a predicatable pattern with new players. It gets tiring and old, worst of all, it's costing your sisters and sponsors revenue. Every time one of you decides to start stirring shit, particularly with this gay issue, folks bail. Why? What's the purpose of this? Self adulation? OK, you're farther along on transition and feel you're entitled to be treated special and different. God bless you and be thankful that you're self actualizing you goals. However, poisoning your potential fan base and the potential customers of other girls all for what? It makes for a good, catty, many page thread with lots of responses? Is establishing yourself special that way necessary? Why ruin it for the other girls up and comming?

Have you thought about the fall out? First of all, there's lots of new guys here that follow these threads with their insecurity wrapped up in knots in their heads. They're grappling with a self identification issue and one of the ladies starts up the fag thing. Have you considered the implication of each time that starts up? These guys freak out, probably wipe out everyting on their pc until they can start to deal with it again. Somebody lost a potential customer, a website lost a subscriber, a video lost a sale or rental. Do some of you ladies expect or currently work for some of these producers? I run a business too. If my techs or sales people were to start insulting or shaming my customers, do you think for one second that I'm going to continue to employ their services no matter how good they are? Some of you are signed or work for particular companies. In effect, you represent them. Your behavior reflects on them. You cause them to loose revenue by your actions. Feel insulted by someone? Tough, you're a professional. Suck it up. You don't gain respect by lowering yourself to the gutter level.

There's nothing in this post I haven't posted before. I used to enjoy coming here for some of the gender identity and other discourse. I still do, except it's far and few between now and many of the brightest and introspective ladies and posters have been run off.

Give this a bit of thought before you post in the upcomming year.

Lol, unless you actually think being an escort or a porn star is a long term career don't even pay any mind to this thread.

I don't think you understood the point of his post, Paris.

It's not about how long one particular girl's career is, it's collectively what's in the best interest of ALL GIRLS, present and future.
Insulting admirers and each other is not the greatest business model for a girl in the industry.

People seem to believe you can't be witty and sharp without literally insulting someone in every other post.

But obviously you don't give a fucc either way, so whatever.

There are about a good 12 to 15 posters that cause the majority of the drama on here...sad but true....they should all just fuck have a big orgy and then hug it out. Lmfao

It's a fucking forum, man. Quit over-thinking the entire situation. I'm set up behind Firefox with a load of browser security add-ons, so I don't know what the site looks like to you peeps who don't know a damn thing about antimalware, firewalls, page element blockers, or port blockers. I don't know if the rest of you peeps have to put up with ridiculous numbers of raunchy pop-ups that drive site revenue because I don't see any of it.

Never-the-less, if you'd take off that stiff-necked republican 1980's power suit for a minute and stop looking at this issue from an economical standpoint (mostly because everyone else thinks it's supported by fairly weak arguments), you'd realize this is a free forum. Anyone can join and say practically whatever they want. That's the point of online forums and the very reason this one thrives. Enforcing limits on behavior and opinion would do far more to drive away users and lurkers than dramatic discussions in every other thread.

You are a bit of a hypocrite, man. On one hand you claim that all the drama around here drives away users. On the other hand, you admit to lurking around here for years. You have 300-some posts, and you've been a member since 2008. What the frick, dude? Seriously.

All the admins want is traffic, higher google page ranks, and ad revenue. If they wanted to censor the forum, half the users around here would be banned. That hasn't happened. I just think it's ridiculous to ask us to self-regulate when the behavior of the members on this forum have very little to do with anything outside of this forum. HA has never affected my life in any regard. It likely hasn't affected yours. If it's drastically bad for business, the admins and mods would step in. They haven't. Video production companies would constantly be contacting HA complaining about lost sales and pressing them to make changes. It's happened a few times, but it's not a constant deal, and it's usually been about linked content. A completely different issue.

Newbies get picked on in every forum. It's not usually the girls around here instigating the "fag mockery". It's the newbies who introduce themselves to the forum with long diatribes concerning their foggy sexual identity; it strikes a nerve around here because it's a topic which has been beat into the ground for years. What they need to learn is how to get the fuck over being called a fag or being called gay because it doesn't really matter. It's not the end of the world if some guy disgraces you by saying something along the lines of "ha ha ha! You're lucky. My girl doesn't let me plow her hershey highway".

You're pretty over-dramatic. Dudes don't duck out or delete their accounts because one of the girls around here called them gay. They turn into forum trolls or they stop coming to HA. They don't delete their porn or run a magnet across their hard drives. They don't burn their computer in the back yard or sell their DVD collection. They find another forum or they go on living. If a dude is so mentally unstable as to allow exclusion from a forum lead into depression or suicide, it's not because "we're being mean". It's because they need professional help. It's not our job to provide it or recommend it. We're just here to converse.

To make sure your point it moot and justly invalidated, as an employer you don't have the right to hold your employees accountable for their off-clock escapades (slander, breach of privacy, and theft crimes discounted). Essentially, why should the videographers care if the model is a bitch who likes to start drama online? Porn purchasers don't really care. They just want something they can bust nut to. Sure, if the chick doesn't respect her orders or flips the production company trouble while shooting, she'll likely be fired.

What you've essentially said is that employees should always be of model behavior while not at work. Are you a sociopath? Control issues much? Oh, yeah... you're a business owner. By the sounds of things you don't know much about how a business runs, though.

Yawn....if this stems from the crossdresser thread....how silly....

A crossdresser is not, will never, has never been a transsexual....that's that...

And I don't believe many members here pay for sites anyways...they rely on freebies and torrents.....so ummm yeah....

And I beg your pardon...I think more men have chased off girls on here than the girls chasing off the men.

In fact I have told my members/webcam customers/Studios like Kink their talent department to come here!

But a lot of them left and it wasn't because of the girls ;)

And you are NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT STRAIGHT If you have sex with a crossdresser...you have to be at least bisexual. Because when your clothes come off and theirs come off..there is no female attributes....mmmmhmmm. That is Bi-sexual sex....if you prefer a woman...

Different people see things differently. The worse fights here I have seen is between women. They have gone as far a posting unflattering pictures and calling them by their boy names. To some extent, I think many of the female posters get too busy, or fall in love, etc.

I see the mods as being in a catch-22 type situation here. T-girls are good to atract males, but some of the youngest ones, especially lack the sophistication to deal with male negative posters. Seems like this type comes back with attacking the male's sexuality rather that the direct behaviors, such as rudeness, insensitivity, or just a straight insult. They more than not deal with this, by calling the men 'fags', in order to try and hurt them, when that is not the real issue.

The way I saw mods deal with this was to threaten to ban anyone using the 'f' word. That was not easy to enforce, but it did seem to help things. Not sure about what else the OP thinks is wrong, except the "Am I gay" question, will always pop up here, because its natural to want to define one self. And sexual labels are a difficult area, even for sophisticated people.

Our users have posted a total of 772204 articles
We have 64176 registered users
Most users ever online was 370 on Wed Nov 14, 2007 4:51 pm

NOTE: As I am not a moderator or site admin, I can't verify the accuracy of any of these #'s. They're just the #'s that the sites automatically generate on the front page.

I have jobs that dealt with 'crazy clients'. The clients craziness was to be expected, we were there to help them. But lack of respect from our peers, and administrators, seemed to hurt more. These are the people we should turn to for understanding and support. So I believe this to be the case among girls here. With all the hurdles and hills in trans living, there, should be, almost complete support between sisters, not name calling. That would be expected from transphobic men, but not someone who faces the same obstacles. But to be honest, I was not very happy, a couple of years ago, when other trans women, supported someone other one calling us all "gay cock loving tranny chasers".

Oh well, when we live in an age and place where a certain major political party excels at getting people to vote against their own best interests, and a segment of the population would much rather have people suffer hunger or go bankrupt from having to pay for medical care than to have a socioeconomic safety net that at least keeps our poorest people fed and housed, or a health care system for all because "that's socialism," you can only expect all of the other pathologies to ooze out, especially online.

No but seriously. What the fuck do you expect? We're importing some real ass-backward 3rd worlders into this country and mixing them in with 'Real Americans' from perpetually poor families who will of course produce perpetually poor offspring.

Is it any wonder that a generation who believes the government is here to provide free shit for them also believes that the internet belongs to them as well?

These people believe that the productive people in our society (You know, the ones who create jobs?) should not only pay their own taxes, but also theirs too and while you're at it, give me some free health insurance. Don't worry about the cost, the evil rich people will pay.

Ditto. I think I've had three or four leaves of absence since I signed up in 2005. I'd avoid the forum entirely if there were somewhere else which actually held debate and discussion rather than slews of porn pics I've probably already seen. Problem is, those types of forums keep re-hashing the same bull shit over and over. The discussion subjects get beat into the ground and get old, too.

I respect myself and others. I'm here, so I will always support repsect for others, regardless of where I am at. Negativity does affect people, and bring people down. The purpose of this forum is for lovers, mostly. A few complaints should be for the purposes of supporting what we love. Someone I had crush here, got in a verbal fight with another girl, who pointed out all her flaws. I still liked her, but it was not the same. She does not post on here anymore, and the other person, does not do it much now either. So I believe their argument served no constructive purpose.

That one poster that bothered me so much, clearly put gay people at a lower level, than she. I'm not ashamed for gays, but I am not gay. I have loved women, and girls my entire life and always will. I'm dont see myself as 100% straight either. But then I happen to believe that there is no such thing as 100% straight. This particular trans woman admitted that she was bisexual, but could not see that a man who wanted to be with a pre-op and his gg girlfriend, at the same time was bisexual. She claimed he was in fact, gay. That was not the truth about who he was, nor who I am. I have a good gay friend, and I am not entirely comfortable when he wants to talk about his relationships. Most often the 'gay and fag' labels are used here to hurt people's feelings. It's more likely to be used as a judgement term, than a general category term.
