I personally do not think you should withhold sex from your partner as a means of emotional manipulation or control. This applies to both men and women, but I know of guys who have done this to their wives and girlfriends. This can really damage a relationship, sometimes beyond repair.

My wife and I have been married for nearly 22 years and the last time we had sex was roughly around our tenth wedding anniversary.
