as i mentioned- the operation could still be somewhat fresh-

swelling from a surgery especially of the genital can take a very long time to fully subside. i think you are mistaking the pink of the scars are being sensitive- but those scars are 100 percent healed.

i had the same problem with facial scars that were pink and glossy like that and then they did turn white after 18 months or so.

it's just a process- but i can see how it gives that illusion

(of course some people do keloid as well- and people fo fair skin can keloid in the form of thick, raised, pink looking scars)
