this girl obviously has had very bad srs- who knows where she did it

just like any plastic surgery- which srs is- it depends ont he doctor and u can have an unfavorable result

of course u minimize the risk with a reputable surgeon whose work u have seen

this is not a good example of a favorable srs surgery
just as their are bad nose jobs, breast, there are bad vaginaplasties

this is a very delicate surgery that should be performed by the BEST surgeon u can find

I thought at first it was a first stage SRS.But it looks nothing like this:

It looks like the surgeon forgot to line the inner wall of the labia with the scrotal tissue or a graft from another part of the body.A lot of the erectile tissue from the shaft of the penis seems to have been retained.You can just see the hole at the bottom of the structure which is supposed to be the introitus;I'm speculating but it seems that intercourse would be pretty difficult.
Are there any medical professionals or people ,who have more experience with this sort of thing,who can tell whats been done here?

I am not a medical expert- but your udeas sem pretty correct.

there is obviously a lot with that surgery- it looks like the head of the penis- which is usally used to make the clitoris was left way too big and stuck inside.

SRS is usally done in 2 procedures.

the inital SRS then the labia plasty- whoch is the link u just showed that perfects the outer appearance of the new neo vagina.

the sad thing is - that when this surgery is done incorrectly- it can be very difficult to correct and is extremely expensive.

your best shot for your best results are with your first SRS.

i would highly recommened using a highly skilled docotr with an excellent reputation.

this is DEFINATELY not an area one should look for bargains in.

New Info from Frank @ Frankstgirls

This is a work in progress she had had the first surgery a couple of years ago and she still need 2 more sessions to make it "pretty". This is why the docs in Thailand are in such demand. This was done in Guatemala and she will have to have reconstruction surgery to make it better. The Thai Docs. can do it on the first try.
