Rectal prolapses are becoming quite common on videos of GG performers. Unless the condition was well hidden and edited out years before, on camera incidents seem to be treated like a major plus for the actress. With perfomers having blogs now, there's occasional talk of injuries or severe infections that require medical intervention or hospitalization. It shouldn't surprise anyone with the upsurge of double anal, ATM, and this obsession with extreme dilation/gaping that injuries are bound to occur. Factoring out the obvious other risks such as STD's,minor fizzures,and inflamed hemorroids that may or may not be related to anal sex, the current climate of videos emphasizing the extreme appear to be causing serious injury. There appears to be a tacit understanding that the more extreme a performer endures, the better paid and the contraverse of less pay or acting jobs if declined. Under those circumstances a performer might endure severe injury and not say anything until it's too late. Statistically, GG's are 3-10x more prone to prolapses and other ano-rectal conditions. I would venture a guess that within gay and TS performers, the number is probably much lower on that account of a stronger pelvic floor. I only think that I've seen one TS performer that appears to have a prolapse.
I would imagine those in the industry don't like to talk about this, but I would venture a guess based on many of the scenes that I've seen, many TS performers; mostly foreign/asian, don't seem to pre-dilate or prepare for a shoot as evident the extremely pained appearance on the face and repeated attempts at penetration and acclimation time once entered. That's something you don't see very much in GG performances unless it's edited out too. Couple this with drug use that probably wouldn't be tolerated on a company run GG set, this too seems like a recipe for an injury.
I wonder how prevalent severe rectal trauma is amongst TS performers and escorts?
I'm wondering about this as for the first time I'm seeing several occurances of prolapses in amateur videos in relatively young,early 20 something GG ladies that are not professional performers and certainly not within the risk population to be predisposed to prolapses from multiple childbirths. This would tend to indicate that the extreme acts of video is becoming commonplace in the bedroom.
How is this affecting the TS escorting and performance acting sectors?
