Guineos en escabeche and fried plaintains, arroz con gandules(the rican version of rice and beans) roasted turkey stuffed wit mofongo(it aint truly boricua thanksgivin unless you stuff it wit the mofongo) and pavochon!

and for dessert my moms always makes cinammon-coated coconut custard.... if any of u chicks know how to cook let a brotha know lol
