Setting aside for the moment whether anyone wants to look, generally speaking it, assuming that the viewer and the viewee are of legal age and there is consent and if all you're talking about is nudity, the answer is yes. As far as any activities beyond nudity go, it'll depend on the local community standards. What's acceptable in NYC might not be as acceptable in Ottumwa, Iowa, for instance. Whether anyone can or would do anything about it also raises personal jurisdiction issues.

Generally, yes. There might be some cracker towns scattered across the country where there's some bullshit laws but if there is no underage people being broadcast, then it's legal.
The real danger is putting yourself out in cyberspace....you never know who is seeing it or when it might come back.

Also appearing nude in the UK is legal from the age of 16 but in other countries it can vary from 14 to 21, so if you want to ensure that you aint breaking the law by watching you should look for locals/at least your country.
