View Full Version : Old question....Dating a T-Girl?

FIRSTTIMER

I know it is hard for a t-girl to have a real loving relationship and I was wondering what is the main reason for this?

Alot of the times they are used for just a sexual fantasy. They have been for me for some time now and sure I myself would not mind dating a t-girl but the hardest thing for me to do so would be because of my family, not so much my friends because most are very open minded. And I am not saying that my family isn't,this would be something that they wouldn't know how to deal with if I ever did date a t-girl as well myself.

The hard thing for me would be that my parents and other family members may lose their respect.

I think that is one of the reasons why it is hard for a t-girl to get into a relationship. Not only because of the gay thing.

What do you think?

If you date a TG, I would hope that you just be honest, in total, meaning that when someone finds out that you haven't already told or didn't plan to tell, don't disrespect your woman in a weak attempt to salvage your male self-esteem.

KEEP IT REAL.

EDIT: If you get banned for that last post Freddie, don't act surprised, OK chief??

TG does not equal ESCORT.

If I were to date a t-girl I wouldn't hide her for who she is.It just would be hard to do so at first. And I won't lie and say that I will jump at the oppertunity like a squarrel on a nut,I would be very hesitate.Like I said,I think that this is a big reason why most guys don't want to date a t-girl,because of the fear.Maybe it's the fear of thier family or their friends. But there is a fear.

I think one of the reasons why T-Girls have problems with relationships is that a lot of the guys who like them seem to spend most of their time worrying about what everyone else thinks and not about the relationship. Firsttimer says he would worry about losing the respect of his family. He should be more interested in keeping the relationship alive - surely it would be nothing to do with the rest of his family. I'm not having a go specifically at him - he just started the thread. The comment though is one that is thrown into the arena by numerous people on here. Perhaps these people should carry on their lives the way they really want to and ignore other peoples opinions/attitudes. Just a thought.

Giovanni Hotel - totally agree with you - Freddie should be banned for that remark. Just proves what a complete tosser he is

Reading this thread made me think of the wise words of Slick Rick when said:

"Treat 'em like a prostitute
Don't treat no girlie well, treat no girlie well, treat no girlie well until
you're sure of the scoop
'Cause all they do is they hurt and trample"

ive been in a relationship going on 17 months now. Hes my world and we're both head over heels for each other. While most other guys make me feel like an object, he makes me feel like a person. He's young, attractive, intelligent and everyday we challenge each other and learn from one another. Being with him i have learned how to be a better person. i typically get bored of guys reallyyyy quick, but he maintains my interest, keeps me laughing and i have never been more attracted to anyone. When i first met him, he wasnt even my type, but it's because of his actions that i feel so deeply for him.

i am his first ts relationship. Being out in public was never an issue for us, maybe for me a little because of the height differnce im 5'10 he's 5'6, but i dont even notice it anymore, i actually like that hes shorter than me. after a month he introduced me to his family. He had randomly called them one day and told them about me before this, so that i wouldnt be put in an uncomfortable situation. They loved me immediately, and now i speak with his mom and his sister everday almost, (and sometimes flirt, or yell at his father) and his sister is willing to have a kid for us. We are talking marriage, and i will be leaving the escort business in May 2011 to pursue a more positive path in life.

if he were the type of guy that were concerned about what his friends and family thought, we woulnt be together today, because it's a huge turnoff for me when a "man" doesnt live his own life. My bf is the leader of the pack. He brings me around his friends, he doesnt concern himself with whether they will know, or accept his decision, because he really feels no need to have to explain himself to anybody. and his friends wouldnt dare question him about it either, cuz he'd shut them down! If you involve yourself in a relationship with someone, you have to be willing to put their feelings before your own. If not, then you have no business being in a relationship. And i strongly feel that it takes a man to live his own life, if you're still concerning yourself with other people's opinions, then you are nothing more than a little boy in my eyes.

it can and hopefully will. we all deserve to be happy, not to say that we dont have our fair share of relationship problems like any other couple. Its far from perfect, but we have all the ingredients to bake this cake. It would be nice if he had a fab car and a nice bank account, but i' rather struggle with him than be able to go shopping every week.

That was actually something nice to read. Really. And it actually made me feel good.

I'm not sure how I feel about gay marriage. I'm more at ease with it (mentally at least, maybe not logically) when it comes to T-girls. Maybe that's because I can imagine myself with a T-girl wife. But the point I wanted to make, was that whether or not gay marriage is right or wrong, there is in my mind something much worse. Shunning people and hurting them to a very, very, deep level. I am very happy for you that you have found such a warm place, family, and boyfriend. I wish you both the best of luck. :)

That's one of the most pleasant posts I've read on Hung Angles.

Make sure your reason for dating her is not just sexual novelty. That will wear of pretty quick. Then ask yourself: Are you whiling to put up with all the hang-ups.
1.) She will never be 100% passable.
2.) You will not like most of her friends.
3.) It will not be all about sex.
4.) Her taste in clothes will be expensive.
5.) You will always wonder if "they" "know".

Ask yourself, is it worth it?

I completely agree with both of you on this. When you are in a relationship or maybe even before the relationship when you think about asking the person out on a date stuff like this probably should not be on your mind but the reality of it is that it does for alot of people. This can go for any kind of realtionship or the start of one,not just dating a t-girl.

Am I my own man? Yes I am,and I always take responsablity for my actions. If I were to ever date a t-girl I would not hide her for who she is and would introduce her to my family and friends. But that doesn't mean that there could be a loss of respect from some even though something like this should show the same amount of maybe even more respect.

I just think that this is one of the big reasons why some guys who think about dating a t-girl have a problem with. And maybe why some just like to see escorts other than looking for a relationship with one.

Ruby,I am glad that you found a man who can see the person for who you are on the inside and outside.I truly hope that this is true love and that all things work out in the long run of life.

 Wow. That's worthy of a novel there: male-to-female transsexual dating a young man, functions as mediator between the young man and his father, ultimately helping to rebuild their father and son relationship.

That defies conventional wisdom. Most people would think a transsexual would end up furthering the wedge between the two.

Newbie here - hi all.

Ever since my first 'fantasy' meeting with a TS escort in London in 2002, I have dated three different girls with the shortest relationship being just over a year long...along with a few one date onlys of course. You just know don't you.

I agree with everyone who talks about honesty. Both to the girl and most importantly to yourself. You have to ask yourself up front whether you are happy and confident to be open about your relationship..then stick to it. TS girls are just like any other girlfriend - be honest, open and enjoy each other with respect and love...it's not rocket science.

Be confident and happy in your own sexuality - I adore TS ladies and always will. That is my choice. If you're confident in your own choices, the rest will follow.

Welcome Mark.Yeah agree with you that having a t-girl as a girlfriend is like any girlfriend.Doesn't mean that because she is who she is that she isn't like any other girl/girl.And you do have to be open with your self on wheather or not you are confident or not.But then again this is like any type of relationship.

Interracial couples go threw this.
Gay couple go threw this.
Teenagers and some adults go threw is.

Alot of the times people always ask them selves the question......What would everybody think if I dated so and so?
