Yeah... For some reason I find the term offensive, but I'm not sure why... At first I thought it was because the word "male" was in it, but then that word is in "female" too, so that doesn't add up.

I think it stems from a feeling of wanting/needing to be regarded the same as any other female, yet the term "shemale" labels us as something different. It has a derogatory tone, but it doesn't have too. I don't know... This label really confuses me. Because, as much as I need to be treated as any other woman, I do recognize differences between me and GG's.

Maybe the differences call for a different label, but really... on another level, I feel screwed by my anatomy/genetics... So, I dunno.
