Why haven't you all banked in on sites like "www.myfreeimplants.com"

There are surely tons of trannies out there and male benefactors/helpers that would help raise money for girls surgeries. So they could do less escorting etc....

I was just wondering why there isn't sites like

On myfreeimplants they pay 2 dollars everytime they message you and 5 dollars I think for salute/fan signs. Something like that. Then they also can just donate money. Three of my gg girlfriends who are pornstars had their implants paid for by this site.
