I know I don't post on here much, but I'm def. going to change that.

I'm not going to say anything negative about escorts, or try to sound like an elitist or anything of that nature. Please don't take anything I say or ask as an insult.

Anyways, I understand that a lot of escorts decide to escort to help pay for their surgeries/hormones/ and other things. I understand that all of this costs a lot of money, but my question is why do escorts decide to escort for so long if they have the money to get the full surgeries. It's a given that there are other expenses in life and that it's hard to get a job as a transsexual. But is the money really addictive? Maybe I'm a bit ignorant on this, but I'm just a little curious and confused on this. Also, a bit unrelated but are a lot of TS afraid to get SRS?

Some ts's get addicted to being lazy, not having to use their mind, and fast money.

I worked seven years in a real job... I do escort and video work because it affords me the freedom to be the artist I am. I run a successful transgendered site and talk show, do music, and other things that don't pay my bills. I am no where near lazy.... i work hard and push myself out there. No one has ever handed me anything, my sites, videos, etc are all produced, edited and done by me. So in a lot of ways I use escorting and stuff to help me do something I love my artist work. I have no desire for the SRS, I feel like I am a woman from the inside and no surgery can change that. I am comfortable in my own skin, I love being a ts and unique... But for some they have that desire to change themselves down there. |So I hope I could help you out a lil bit.

I imagine that's about the only skill set a lot of them have is hooking, so they try to do it as long as possible?

I think that's unfair,l'm sure it's not their ONLY skill,it maybe a job where they can earn a decent amount of money.

It doesn't take a big leap of the imagination to imagine the kind of prejudice they may face in getting a job.

The world is a lot more tolerant place than people think. There are transgendered individuals in all sorts of jobs... just the other day the pharmacy technician who helped me was clearly transitioning.

It boils down to money and lifestyle... potentially a lot and tax free while setting your own hours without any responsibility, or grinding away like most people.

I would be very careful about believing that escorting is a panacea of accumulating wealth in a "tax free environment". If you have a bank account or credit card,or even something like a frequent flyer account, you really should be filing a tax return.

My account has a few "adult entertainers" as clients that believed that since they were running a cash business, they were immune from filing. At some point they came to the attention of uncle sam and the shit hit the fan. One of the things the IRS did to estimate their income was to back into their frequent miles account to determine how much had been spent on airline tickets, came up with an estimate and asked the question, "where did the money come from to purchase all those tickets.

If you escort and also work in the adult industry where you are provided a 1099, you sure as hell better be filing. The creativity of your return is all together another story. Believe me, the IRS has any number of ways of discovering those who believe they are flying under the radar. Adult Entertainment is a legit employment category uder irs guidlines if I'm not mistaken.

Well I pay taxes on money I make, because I have a business license set up so it looks like a business for artist.

As long as men treat me like a hidden secret I will charge. I dont need to escort, I have other sources of income. But being used for free is somehow not acceptable to me. I do not have issues with the money I make or what people say about it. I put up with enough shit from society as a whole, so if I can get paid I will! Fuck what you people think and girls should stop having to justify to these assholes our finances and lifestyle. I like fast money, I like the freedom it gives me and I don't need to justtify that to anybody. I am the shallow creation society made me.

There is no reason to justify your life and your finances to these people or anybody. As trans woman we are deprived much and treated like shit for no reason. If you get $150 to give a blow job, so be it, Enjoy the money and fuck the rest!

I get my bitter on here.
So when my money bearing clients come the sex will be hot.
I just don't see a reason to justify why my finances are a big concern to somebody not stepping up to pay some bills.
Thats all
