I find that all piercings tend to get in the way. An ex girlfriend and I got our nipples pierced once, but we removed them after a while, because we got sick of them clicking on our teeth.

I've been with a guy who had a PA, and again... The tooth-clicking drove me crazy. Luckily, he was able to remove it.

My advice is don't do it.

yeh i think I would bite off more then I could chew. I think id love it at first and then that would wear off and I would just be left with a hole in my dick. I already have a shit load of tattoos...maybe its wise for me to avoid body modification.
